Terms of Service and Disclaimer of Genesis Livestock Sales Website PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

1. All transactions are between Buyer and Seller. Genesis Livestock and/or Dori Steckley make no guarantee of quality of item(s) offered, validity of statements by Seller(s) or Buyer(s), nor ability of Buyer to complete the transaction. Genesis Livestock and/or Dori Steckley in no way are acting as an Agent nor Negotiator nor Intermediary between Buyer and Seller.
2. When buying Lowline cattle, it is incumbent on Buyer to assure the cattle are able to be registered in the United States if the Seller claims such to be true. Buyer realizes that in the past, some Lowline cattle imported from Australia were not US Registry eligible. Do all due diligence to ensure you are getting what you pay for.
3. Genesis Livestock Sales and/or Dori Steckley reserve the right to accept or reject any or all ads submitted. Payment for ad must reach Genesis and clear the bank before ads will be placed. Genesis Livestock Sales and/or Dori Steckley reserve the right to edit ads, reduce photo size as part of the approval process and to insure the high quality and consistency of the website.
4. A good photo will sell your product. If you include a photo in your ad, take care to submit great photos that compliment your product.
5. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Genesis Livestock/Dori Steckley has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Genesis Livestock/Dori Steckley has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).
6. INDEMNITY
   You agree to indemnify and hold Genesis Livestock, Dori Steckley, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners and employees harmless against and with respect to any action, suit, proceeding, demand, assessment, judgment, loss, cost, liability, damage or expense, including attorneys' fees and court costs, now existing or hereafter arising as a proximate result of Content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms of Use or violation of any international, federal, state or local treaty, statute, law and/or regulation relating to your use of the Service.
7. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
   Genesis Livestock/Dori Steckley reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Genesis Livestock/Dori Steckley shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
8. TRADEMARK INFORMATION
   The Lowlinecattle.com, Genesislivestock.com, Lowlinecattleforsale.com, and Wyominglowlinecattle.com logo, Network logo, trademarks and service marks and other Genesis Livestock logos and product and service names are trademarks of Genesis Livestock. Without Genesis Livestock's prior written permission, you agree not to display or use in any manner, the Genesis Livestock trademarked logos and/or information.
